I have been practicing psychotherapy since receiving my Masters in Social Work from Ohio State University in 1992. I began working within community mental health and have now been in private practice for over 20 years. I am committed to providing quality care in areas of individual (adolescent/adult) and couples therapy. In 2012, I expanded my practice to include Neurofeedback. I was trained by EEGInfo and utilize the Othmer Neurofeedback method. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and have worked with conditions including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, traumatic brain injury, peak performance, chronic pain, and migraines.
Since I began utilizing Neurofeedback in my private practice, I have been astounded at the results my clients have experienced. I believe Neurofeedback in conjunction with talk therapy can offer relief when others avenues have produced little to no positive results. Neurofeedback can offer hope to those who have almost given up in finding relief.
